Dubai DET has opened the Online Seller commercial activity (DET code 6312009) under the E-Trader License to all nationalities. Previously, commercial activities were restricted to UAE & GCC nationals only โ professional activities have always been open to all. All other commercial activities remain UAE & GCC nationals only.
